Having grown up in the cold, dreary north, my dream was to come back to the South to raise my children and find my forever home. My wish came true when my husband was hired to work in Seneca and we moved our family here in 2000. I thought I had moved to Camelot. It seemed like it only rained at night, the sky was so blue and the lakes looked like emeralds! My deep love for the lakes and mountains fuels my passion to help buyers find their dream home in our little corner of paradise.
With over 25 years of experience in customer service and sales, I understand how important it is to listen in order to understand a customer’s needs. KEVIN COPE
Kevin has lived in the Seneca Clemson area for over 40 years. He grew up on Lake Keowee, attended the local school system and graduated from Clemson University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. After college, he pursued a 13 year career in boat sales at Harris Marine dealership, serving
many customers on the shores of Lake Keowee, Harwell and Lake Jocassee. He acquired vast knowledge and experience in service, sales, and business that he has incorporated into his real estate career. In August 2003, he joined the real estate world and hasn't looked back. He has lived, fished, swam, skied, and boated on Lakes Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee for those same 45 years….and counting!
